Cookie policy
Which cookies we use and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. They are used to make the site work, remember your preferences and, with your permission, measure how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
| Type | What for | Examples | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeping your booking and cart, logging in to your traveler account, secure payment, remembering your cookie choice | WooCommerce session and cart cookies, WordPress login cookies, CookieYes consent cookie, Stripe fraud prevention cookies during payment | Not required |
| Preferences | Remembering the currency in which you want to see approximate prices | Local storage item “st_currency” | Not required (set only when you choose a currency) |
| Partner attribution | Remembering that you arrived through the link of one of our partners, so the booking can be credited to them | Cookie “st_ref” (up to 30 days) | Only with your consent |
We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. To understand in aggregate how the site is used we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track you across websites.
3. How to manage cookies
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button on the site. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, booking and login will not work.
4. Third parties
Some services are provided by third parties who may receive technical data such as your IP address when their content loads: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security and performance) and Google Fonts (typography). Their own privacy policies apply.
